Where do we start? We start every custom design with a Preliminary Client Consultation. It's a chance for us to get to know our clients as well as their goals and desires for the project. Using our extensive New Client Survey as a guide, we discuss everything from the overall feel and style of the project to details like how the client entertains and what special requirements exist for the project.
Of course, we really encourage you to begin the design process well before our first meeting. We recommend that each of our clients collects images from websites, magazines, and personal photos to find inspiration for their projects. We even give our clients a way to keep and manage all of their images in one location that is accessible from any computer with an internet connection through our On The Boards Client Login.
