Though we are not realtors we do work with clients to help identify and evaluate sites for their new home. Even before we start your design we can work with you to evaluate the general location, approximate size requirements, and any special considerations for your future home site. Because we design in a variety of neighborhoods and municipalities, we keep a library of deed restrictions and zoning requirements that helps determine what may or may not be built on a particular site.
