Those spaces do not materialize accidentally but are the result of careful and creative planning.
Our approach to land planning begins with extensive site analysis. In many cases that means working with our clients to identify and evaluate potential project sites well before contracts are signed. Through market research, site visits, and utilities analysis as well as analysis of existing restrictions or codes, we begin to formulate our initial concepts for the site. We pay special attention to major access points, necessary utility routes, compelling views, overall density, and the general aesthetic.
After our intense site evaluation we work to create a number of design concepts that are then tweaked and adjusted to produce a final plan that exceeds the desires of our client in density, efficiency, and ammenities provided.
